We led the AlderC@re Programme cutover, transitioning from MEDITECH v6.08 to EXPANSE v2.1 across the Trust.
Our comprehensive approach engaged 150+ stakeholders and 20+ teams, ensuring seamless coordination across IT and clinical areas, impacting over 4,100 users. Partnering with clinical leads across Pharmacy, Theatres, Labs, Radiology, A&E, and more, we secured system readiness.
By challenging teams and Meditech partners on cutover details and conducting Dress Rehearsals, we addressed environment constraints, trained staff, and refined Go Live execution for a smooth transition.
