Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cutover Manager / Test Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple small to medium-sized initiatives in parallel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project cutovers, testing processes, and ensuring successful delivery across various teams and stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to work effectively in a remote environment, and proficiency in engaging with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of SAP and/or finance systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

In partnership with our PM – Plan, coordinate, and execute cutover and testing activities across multiple projects simultaneously
Liaise with business and technical teams to identify requirements, dependencies, and risks related to cutover and testing processes.
Track progress, and report results to ensure we deliver in alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Collaborate with remote teams across different time zones, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Manage issue resolution and provide clear escalation paths for any challenges encountered during testing or cutover activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cutover Manager, Test Manager, or similar role, preferably in a multi-project environment.
Strong understanding of system implementation lifecycles, cutover planning, and testing methodologies.
Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of remote collaboration.
Experience working with SAP systems or modules (preferred).
Knowledge of finance systems or financial processes (advantageous).
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, or other project/test management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
